Balloon Kyphoplasty
This minimally invasive procedure can bring immediate pain relief for people suffering from spinal compression fractures.
Tumor Ablation and Kyphoplasty
APG offers a minimally invasive procedure to bring relief to patients suffering from painful spine tumors.
Spinal Epidural
Epidural steroid injections offer short-term pain relief—weeks or months—for people with back pain that has not improved with other medications or non- surgical treatments.
Spinal Cord Stimulation Trials & Implants
Spinal cord stimulation (SCS) is used to relieve chronic pain of the back, arms and legs through electrical pulses that prevent pain signals from being received by the brain. It is generally used for people who suffer from neuropathic pain and in cases when conservative treatments have failed.
Sacroiliac (SI) Joint Injection
An SI Join injection will relieve pain by administering a short-acting anesthetic combined with anti-inflammatory medication into the joint and surrounding structures.
Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP)
Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy is a non-surgical procedure that treats chronic pain from tendon injuries or osteoarthritis. Using platelets from the patient’s own blood, it’s been found to be successful in relieving pain and accelerating the healing process in damaged tendons and cartilage.
Facet Joint Injections
Facet joint injections can serve a dual purpose: pinpointing the source of a patient’s back pain and also relieving pain and inflammation.
Visco-supplementation
This non-surgical procedure is an injection of a gel-like medication into the knee joint to supplement or replace the thick synovial fluid that cushions the joint. This treatment can help reduce the pain of arthritis.*

Bracing
At APG we utilize bracing systems to help get you out of pain as fast as possible. Our goal is to get you back to doing the things you love, and bracing helps us to do that quickly. Our most commonly used braces are knee osteoarthritis (OA) braces and lumbar (low back) supports.
